Guided Meditation Tuesday Afternoon
Take 45 minutes to enjoy and benefit from some guided meditation, with soothing sounds, silence and pauses for reflection and experience.  
Meditation is a panacaea for all. It takes us away from the conditions in which we find ourselves and transforms us into something more calm and peaceful, able to see and judge things in an easier, gentler way.
