Join this interactive seminar, held over two afternoons, and learn how it is possible to overcome anger in your life and relationships, and still, fully and authentically, express yourself.


You will learn:

  • how to transform thoughts and feelings that generate anger
     
  • a powerful and practical spiritual approach
  • strategies to enable you to take charge of your emotions, rather than emotions overwhelming you, and having a negative impact on relationships.

This session is facilitated by Maggie Parle, who has over 35 years experience as a meditator. Maggie worked as a hospital social worker for more than 30 years.

She loves sharing her experience of the benefits of meditation, and enjoys being in nature.
